We are looking for someone with a background in Customer Service within the construction/homebuilding industry. If this is you, keep reading!

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service department for all billable repairs and warranty non-billable repairs to be performed by customer service technicians
  • Schedule all customer service and warranty repair visitations for inspections for potential repairs and or evaluations for- low slope , pitched roofing and solar repairs
  • Oversee customer service technicians – tracking time and materials
  • Data Entry of daily invoices, notating work performed
  • Create budgets for larger projects with a value of $2,500 or more
  • Safety compliance of all customer service employees
  • Interact with corporate Attorneys regarding SB800 / litigation projects
  • Tracking of customer service technicians time and locations – GPS tracking
  • Oversee weekly time sheets tracking work performed for services rendered
  • Understanding of budget responsibilities of customer service department, with consideration to profit with understanding of margin goals
  • HOA Home Owner Associations customer service work as targeted customers

Skills / Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 3-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience within the construction industry is highly desirable
  • Roofing and/or roofing material knowledge is major plus
  • Working knowledge of written and spoken English and Spanish is a plus
  • Must be self-driven, highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including a proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must be a team player
