We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Customer Support Representative to assist our Solar and Re-roofing Contract Sales Team. A background in Customer Service within the construction/homebuilding industry a plus.
- Reach out to customers with Thank you calls
- Document customer service thank you calls using standard operating procedure
- Interface with the Sales Contract and Review Teams to meet excellent customer service
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Administrative support to the Sales Contracts Team
- Process new sales orders
- Send new customers welcome packets
- Assist Sales Contract Team with administrative duties as required
- 1+ yrs. previous experience working in a customer service environment preferred
- Must be comfortable initiating customer thank you calls with excellent phone skills
- Outstanding work ethic, character, integrity and professionalism
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong capability to maintain personal organization
- Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- CRM experience
