With solar panels standard, Edgewater also offers a variety of green technologies and eco-friendly options. Features Included: tank-less water heaters, radiant barriers, cool roof colors, one-coat stucco, 14 SEER air conditioning, energy-efficient appliances, select recycled framing materials and more.

“Solar is clean energy and we are striving to build an eco-friendly home as much as possible. It’s also a great way to reduce utility cost for our homeowners,” said Ryan Parlett, President of DeNova Homes, Inc. “PetersenDean and Canadian Solar were an easy choice, because they come as a package and deliver some of the best materials in the industry.

The standard 1.5 kW solar electric system should yield an estimated five-year savings of up to $10,926. The upgrade option allows the buyer great flexibility to size a solar system to meet their energy needs for maximum energy offset, and solar savings.
